For the fourth consecutive year, SHADE was represented at the Boston Marathon by a team of dedicated runners raising money and awareness for SHADE. Thank you to all the runners, donors, and sponsors of the 2008 SHADE Marathon Team! The SHADE Team raised nearly $100,000 for SHADE and ran 26.2 miles to raise awareness for SHADE!

In 2008 SHADE Foundation of America holds places in the Chicago Marathon on October 12th. SHADE currently has six spots available. Athletes who run as part of the SHADE Marathon Team are required to raise a minimum of $1000 in support of SHADE’S mission.
