- Volunteer at an event -
SHADE has 3 signature events each year that we need
volunteers for. Volunteers for these events must
be older than 18. Examples of volunteer duties at
these events include: greeting/directing guests as
they arrive, helping with set up and decorating,
helping with check in/check outs, collecting raffle
tickets at the event, assembling or passing out goody
bags, etc. Volunteer opportunities are available

Wednesday, May 18, 2011 in Washington, DC. Volunteers
needed from 3pm to 8pm.
- Become a SHADE fundraiser -
You can help out SHADE by raising money and spreading
awareness on your own. 3rd party events are independent
fundraising events in which you spread the message
of skin cancer awareness and donations are collected
on SHADE's behalf. You can be as creative as you
want! There are limitless ways to conduct 3rd party
events. If you are interested please contact us at
